Friends and Family feedback

Since taking over the practice in July, we’ve been trying to gain more feedback from patients about the service so we can ensure we are delivering what is important to you. We started with a survey to understand what you wanted, and we will soon be releasing a you said- we did update on the actions we have taken from this. In the interim we have been gathering friends and family feedback (a national survey about you experiences), and we are delighted to report for the last 2 months this has been 100% positive, with lovely comments about the whole team and the new Anima system.
